Overview

Date Night in Stereo provides custom-created song lyric posters, curated playlists, digital album pages, and listening experiences. All products and services are designed with intention and are created based on customer-submitted content.

By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Custom Products

All printed and digital products are custom-made using information you provide, including song selections, lyric excerpts, and written explanations (“Why”).

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted information.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled except as outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Production begins once your submission form is completed and a proof is prepared.

Proof Approval

For applicable products, a proof will be provided for review before final production.

Approval of a proof confirms:

• Song order

• Lyric excerpts

• Written “Why” content

• Layout and formatting

Once approved, Date Night in Stereo is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

​

Digital Products & Access

Digital products, including Online Private Album Pages, are delivered electronically.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, published, or access is granted.

Pages are private by default unless you choose to make them public

Access is provided for long-term use but may be subject to reasonable platform or hosting changes

Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, layouts, typography, and branding elements are the property of Date Night in Stereo and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Customers retain ownership of their written content and song selections but grant Date Night in Stereo permission to use that content solely for fulfilling the purchased product. Date Night in Stereo does not claim ownership of the underlying music or lyrics, which remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content

Use the site for fraudulent or abusive purposes

Attempt to disrupt or compromise site functionality

We reserve the right to refuse service if submitted content violates these terms.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to update pricing or offerings at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Date Night in Stereo is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party services

Personal interpretations of music, lyrics, or emotional content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service purchased.
